Pictured below is the first of this batch to bloom. A small plant in a 2" pot that bloomed just after being shipped to me. My experience with violaceas is that the color, form and size will improve as the plant grows stronger. The Sumatra form tends to have larger size than the Malasian form with narrower segments and often lighter color.
